Who we are

At Lead The Way Athletes (LTW) we are dedicated to cultivating young athletes by providing them with the training, mentorship and discipline needed to excel both on and off the field. Athletics has shaped all of our coaches lives and we want to give back to our community and help people achieve their dreams and goals.

Meet the Team

  • Mosese Manu

    FOUNDER/COACH

    Mo, the founder, grew up in Bountiful, UT, playing basketball, football, and rugby. He played college football at Mt. San Antonio College, winning a CCCAA state championship, and later continued at Utah State University, earning a degree in Sociology in 2020 while being named an Academic All-Mountain West player. In 2021, Mo returned to Bountiful High School to coach football, leading the team to two region championships, two state championship appearances, and one state title. He also coached 17/18’s girls' club volleyball.

  • Aaron Bredsguard

    COACH

    Aaron was a Utah State football’s assistant strength coach after two years as a graduate assistant. He helped the team achieve bowl game appearances in 2022 and 2023, with several players earning All-America and all-conference honors. As a player from 2019-2021, Bredsguard was an offensive lineman, contributing to two bowl games and the team’s historic 2021 season, which included a Mountain West Championship and an 11-win record. A standout athlete at Viewmont High School, he excelled in football and baseball. Bredsguard graduated from Utah State in 2022 with a kinesiology degree.

  • Callissa Manu

    Callissa is a former athlete and coach with a strong background in sports and training. She played volleyball and competed in track and field through high school. She went on to Long Beach Community College where she competed in volleyball and track and field. From there she transferred to Utah State University to continue her track and field career. She earned a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Utah State University and a Master’s in Special Education from Arizona State University and later became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Most recently, she coached 17/18’s girls' club volleyball.

  • George Manu

    Media and Visuals

    Running the media and visuals for Lead the Way Athletes is George Manu. He graduated from the then known as Dixie State University with a bachelor's degree in communications. He works as a video editor and photographer for Major League Rugby and Granger High School athletics.
