Our Mission
Our mission is to empower aspiring athletes to unlock their full potential, honing their athletic skills, mental toughness, and leadership abilities to prepare them for success at the next level of their athletic journey.
Services
Strength
The strength training portion of our sessions are on a 4-6 week rotation, with each day of the week having a different focus. This means that for 4-6 week rotation they would have the same lifts in each session. After the rotation the split for each day will stay the same but the lifts will change.
Speed and Agility
Each strength portion will be accompanied by some type of speed, agility or plyometric workouts. These workouts will rotate so that athletes are not working the same lift with the same speed/agility/plyo portions. Within each of these workouts athletes will learn the necessary mechanics to help them move faster and more efficiently on their field or court
Position Specific Training (PST)
Sport and position specific training will be provided for football and volleyball. This will be an training tailored to your position mechanics to help improve your technical skill. Scheduling of this will be done on an as needed/desired basis dependent on coach availability. Currently, volleyball and football training is available.
